After eating loads and loads of “Junk” over the Christmas Holiday, I decided to bid a farewell to my sweet tooth addiction. Before going back on my diet I made this simple and easy peach cobbler recipe, which has always been one of my favorite desserts. Hope you enjoy!!
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 Cup of Self Rising Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar Divided
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Can Sliced Peaches juice drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 13 X 9 inch pan.
Combine Peaches and 1 Cup of Sugar in a pot and bring to a boil
Combine Flour and 1 cup of Sugar and Milk, mix well and pour over melted butter(Do not Stir)
Next pour the Peach and Sugar mixture over the batter. Bake for 30-45 mins and Enjoy!
