After eating loads and loads of “Junk” over the Christmas Holiday, I decided to bid a farewell to my sweet tooth addiction. Before going back on my diet I made this simple and easy peach cobbler recipe, which has always been one of my favorite desserts. Hope you enjoy!!
1 Stick of Butter
1 Cup of Self Rising Flour
2 Cups Sugar Divided
1 Cup Milk
1 Can Sliced Peaches juice drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 13 X 9 inch pan.
Combine Peaches and 1 Cup of Sugar in a pot and bring to a boil
Combine Flour and 1 cup of Sugar and Milk, mix well and pour over melted butter(Do not Stir)
Next pour the Peach and Sugar mixture over the batter. Bake for 30-45 mins and Enjoy!
So this has got to be the best BBQ Chicken I have ever had. I found this recipe about a year ago, and I have used it ever since. It comes out really tender and juicy, and my family LOVES it, so here is the simple recipe.
BBQ Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ)
Preheat oven to 375. Clean chicken, and add your seasonings. Flour your chicken in a bag, and make sure you coat well. Layer Chicken in a large pan, and pour BBQ sauce across chicken. Cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 30-40 mins, basting, and turning chicken over every 15 mins. This is also great as leftovers, that’s if any is left. Enjoy😋
